The masseuse comes equipped with a massage table and makes you lie down, side-ways for your massage! We would request you to arrange for a TV tray/ coffee table for the masseuse to keep her essential oils.

Pregnancy Massage Technique
Swedish massage is the recommended technique for pregnant women because it addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts.
It involves the use of elbows, forearms and hands to soothe the muscles and relax the nerves. It uses gentle and long strokes with low pressure for leg massage and back massage during pregnancy.
A soft shoulder rub is quite soothing too. Light belly massage during pregnancy is not recommended, go for it only if your gynaecologist approves, please consult! Foot massage is strictly forbidden as pressure under the soles of your feet can induce early labour. Pregnancy massage is only recommended for the third trimester.
