Our team is available from 9 am – 9 pm Monday-Sunday on [0304-1114427]. If you are outside of those hours or wish to register, you can Whatsapp us your name, mobile number, complete address, email and CNIC number and we will register you on your behalf.

Our clients’ and technicians’ security are very important to us. GharPar needs the client’s CNIC to ensure that the person booking the appointment is the same person as per their CNIC.

Yes, becoming a member is the only way that GharPar can provide services. If you have any hesitations in filling out the form, you can contact our customer team at [0304-1114427] and they can further assist you.

Once submitted, GharPar customer care team will call you or send you the intimation about your ID approval through Whatsapp! Once you are a member, you are eligible for a 15% discount on all services!

While booking an appointment, you have the option to add a new address which can be different to the address that you entered for your membership registration.

Once you book your appointment. You will receive a call or your appointment details on WhatsApp for confirmation. You can check your appointment status on your GharPar application too. If you still haven’t received any confirmation, please call us on (0304-1114427).

Our customer care team is available from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 9pm. If you are facing any problems booking an appointment, send your order along with your membership ID on Whatsapp (0309-4440073) and we will process your order on the backend.

The GharPar customer team will send you your confirmation on Whatsapp and you can check your appointment status on your GharPar Application too. .

We require at least two to three hours prior notice to book an appointment. Our technicians work from their homes; 2 -3 hours serves as a buffer for the technician to reach you on time.

In order to book an appointment you need to be registered. Once you sign up on our App, you just need to select your desired services, date and time. Appointment has to be made two to three hours in advance! Once your request is submitted, it will be processed and placed with the GharPar booking system as pending. GharPar team will call or WhatsApp you your appointment details for confirmation. Once your appointment is confirmed, all you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for your technician to arrive!

Our hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm from Monday to Sunday. All bookings must be made two to three hours prior to your appointment time.

GharPar is a social enterprise and its technicians operate from their own homes and pay for their own transport. Additional transport charges act as an incentive for beauticians to take appointments in areas that are further away from their residence.

Transport charges apply based on area and availability of a team of technicians. Transport charges are determined per KM zoning of the area. The table below shows the list:-

Currently, GharPar is operational in six cities which are Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Gujranwala. We will be expanding to new areas very soon.

If you have a complaint against a certain beautician, GharPar will try its best that the beautician will not service you in future

Absolutely, convenience and comfort are the foundational pillars of GharPar. We believe that beauty should be done comfortably! Our beauticians come with a complete specialized tool kit which has everything, you only need to tell her where to set up and then sit back, relax and enjoy your service

We highly advise you not to tip the beautician. GharPar is a platform that gives a high percentage of the service ticket size to the beauticians. Essentially they are running their own business.

We currently do not have a feature to choose your beautician online. However if you wish to book a certain beautician you can call us or Whatsapp us and based on the availability of the beautician we can try to accommodate your request.

All of GharPar beauticians comply with our high service standards. Beauticians are trained in-house for a period of 12 to 16 weeks  and only after meeting GharPar’s high quality standards, beauticians are given appointments.

Absolutely, hygiene is of utmost importance to GharPar. All tools are washed with antiseptic liquids, and sterilized in UV sterilizers and packed in sterilized packs. For every appointment a new sterilized packet is opened in front of the client.

GharPar beauticians comply with our high service standards and all products are provided by the company to the beautician.

Unfortunately, GharPar beauticians are only permitted to use their own products and tools on the clients as they have been trained on the usage of those products only. But if you want a beautician to use your products you can. However, the service charges will remain the same, and if you get any reaction from the services The GharPar will not be responsible for that.

Absolutely! Our beauticians come with a complete specialized tool kit that includes the products, you only need to tell her where to set up and then sit back, relax and enjoy your service. 

GharPar uses a combination of products ranging from local, branded and our very own products.

Your technician will arrive at your home at the designated time and will ask where to set up her products and equipment. She will have a short consultation session with you regarding your skin type. A comfortable sofa or bed will be the ideal place for your facial along with a chair for the beautician. For best results make sure your face is make-up free.

Jannsen whitening facial is specially designed for sensitive skin prone to redness. It instantly adds glows to the skin and also promises to reduce any unevenness or pigmentation on the skin. It’s recommended to avail 2 to 3 sitting for radiant skin.

Your technician will arrive at your home at the designated time and will ask where to set up her products and equipment. She will need a TV tray/table in good light and a nearby socket. You will be asked to direct her to a water source where she will fill her bowl and pedicure station with warm water for a hand or foot soak.

GharPar uses a range of high quality makeup products of the following brands; L’oreal/ ST Foundation, Krylon ( Bridal) ST concealer, Makeup Revolution/ Glamorous eye shadows, Medora lipsticks, Huda Liquid lipstick,ST pressed powder, Luscious/ Christine contour kits.

Your technician will arrive at your home and set up her equipment and consult you regarding the type of look you would like – all you need is a chair in good light and a nearby power socket that is not directly connected to the UPS power source in case of electricity outage. For best results please ensure your skin is makeup free.

Your technician will arrive at your home in Lahore at the designated time and will ask where to set up her products and equipment. She will need a TV tray/side table to keep her products and two spare towels.

We provide only one type of massage which is a combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage. You can choose the duration of the massage according to your liking.

If you are expecting and wish to get a massage, please notify the GharPar team, based on your trimester, GharPar can determine whether it can provide a massage service.

Your masseuse will arrive at your home and will ask where to set up for massage. She will need a TV tray/ side table to keep her essential oils, music and candles.

Classic mani pedi is a simple mani pedi which uses products over the shelf. Signature mani pedi is an in-house production, in which natural products are used, 100%  preservative free.

Dermaclear facial and Janssen whitening facial are the German brand. Derma clear facials complete your spa-worthy treatment. Full of firming, restorative, and re-energizing substances, this facial offers the ultimate boost, for a brighter, extra youthful complexion. Janssen facials offer spectacular results in purifying, hydrating and firming the skin.It instantly adds glow to the skin. It also promises to reduce any sort of unevenness or pigmentation on the skin. Janssen Facials are best for sensitive to oily skin.

GharPar technicians can make simple hairstyles which include, hot tools hairstyling, up-do’s, braids, half up-do’s, hair buns and rolls. Complicated hairstyles need to specialized hair technicians please message the customer care team for further assistance.

GharPar is a one-stop beauty solution and provides services in body scrubs, facials, hair, makeup, massage, nails (mani pedi), body polisher,  threading, face wax and waxing. 

Your technician will arrive at your home at the designated time and will ask where to set up her products and equipment. For best results gently exfoliate your skin a day or two before waxing. On the day of your appointment avoid moisturizing as it will impact the wax’s grip. Please ensure that your room is cool and airy.

Sugar wax is made at-home by caramelizing sugar, water and lemon. Fruit wax is a cosmetic wax which is superior in quality, is made with natural ingredients and has superior hair grip that removes hair from the root.

To add a service to your existing appointment, please contact the GharPar team at [0304-1114427]  preferably two hours in advance. We can only accommodate your request based on the schedule and availability of the GharPar technician.

Our mode of payment is cash, so we do not provide refunds. However, if your appointment is not up to standard, you receive a discount (as per policy) on your next service.

To cancel your appointment, contact the GharPar customer care team at [0304-1114427] and they will further assist you in canceling your appointment

Absolutely, all cancellations have to be made 2 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do results in a Rs 500 charge which gets carry forwarded to your next appointment.

If you are running late, please notify the GharPar team. If you are more than 15 minutes late then a Rs. 500 penalty will be added to your bill.

Punctuality is a fundamental pillar of GharPar, if your beautician is more than 15 minutes, a 20% discount is extended to the client.

GharPar does not provide monthly packages. GharPar is a social enterprise in which beauticians get 70% of the ticket size, packages are not economically feasible to the beauticians. However, you can follow us on social media to stay updated on any on-going sales or deals.

We do not have deals as a permanent feature, however if there are any deals they are advertised on our social media platforms and also it will appear in your mobile Application too. You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated.

GharPar does not provide group packages as a norm, however if your order size is big please contact the GharPar management and we can discuss group package rates.
