- Do the fish face Exercise
How can you not know how to make a fish face? We love making a fish face in front of kids. Start with sucking your cheeks in and followed by protruding out your lips. Now move your head backwards and look at the ceiling. Direct the position of your chin to the ceiling. And stretch. Make your chin and neck feel the stretch. Hold yourself in this position for at least 10 seconds. Once done, slowly move your head forwards and release your fish face. Do this exercise for at least 15 times every day. Continue it for a month or two to finally witness a change.

- Smile with the tightest smile
Ok, now this exercise is quite effective. This position will prevent your cheeks from unwanted sagging. Start with sitting straight and close your mouth. With your mouth closed, smile tightly. As tight as you can! Such the air in and push your cheeks towards your teeth. Hold this position for at least 20 seconds and then breathe out. Repeat for at least 15 minutes without taking a break. Do this twice or thrice a day consistently for a full one month and notice the difference it makes.
- Make a duck face
Aren’t we all familiar to a duck face? There was a time when no Instagram photo was complete without a duck face pose. Now is the time to use it for something useful and good. Start with protruding your lips out like a duck. Open and close your mouth while your lips are puckered out. Push the central muscles of your cheeks inwards and outwards while you do so, push your lips out. Breathe in and Breathe out. Feel your cheek muscles working and releasing some sweat. This exercise is great for increasing blood circulation on and around your face. Repeat this pose for at least 20 minutes in a day.
- A cheeky workout
This exercise is probably the most recommended one by experts. It gives faster and effective results. To start, tilt your head towards the ceiling and look upwards. While looking, pull out your three middle fingers on each hand and press them firmly against your cheeks. While you press, smile. Smile as wide as you can to play against the pressure. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then repeat. This exercise is great for increased blood flow and circulation. You will be amazed to see your cheeks turning red. The exerted pressure tones the cheeks and lifts your cheekbones.

- Give an X to your 0
Believe it not, this exercise is one of its kind and has very visible results. Make an O from your mouth. While you do, pronounce X so that it exerts pressure and you are bound to smile. This is a very successful stretching exercise that strengthens your face and cheek muscles. Repeat it for 20 times straight. It is also much easier than the other exercises on the list.
- Become an air balloon
Not in a literal way, though. For this exercise fill your mouth with air. Now move the air from one cheek to another. Let it hit one cheek and bounce back to another. Continue with the air fight until and unless you are tired. The air pressure pushes the cheeks upwards and strengthens the muscles.
